Former OPCW chief blocked from testifying at UNSC

Jose Bustani was set to speak at the meeting over 2018 alleged gas attack in Syria’s Douma. His presence was blocked by the US and its allies. Bustani later expressed concerns about the investigation of the alleged chemical attack in Douma, Syria.
