Syrians flood markets to buy traditional Ramadan sweets in Idlib

Syrians flood markets in Idlib to buy traditional sweets such as "Maarouk", a sweet bread traditionally consumed during Ramadan, on the first day of the Muslim holy fasting month, amid the coronavirus pandemic. War-torn Syria has officially recorded 42 COVID-19 cases and four deaths from the respiratory disease.
