La Liga: Eibar 0-1 Getafe

Over the football news in the Spanish La Liga, Getafe have edged past Eibar 1-nil.

Following a scoreless first half, Eibar thought they'd got on the scoresheet, but the goal was disallowed by the referee after a VAR check. Getafe then broke the deadlock when Ankhel Rodriguez tucked the ball home from close range in the 67th minute.

With the result, Getafe move to 5th in the table, still hopeful to seal a spot in next season's Europa League Group Stage Games.
