Boris Johnson wins UK leadership race

Boris Johnson has been announced the winner of the race to become Britain’s next prime minister after clinching a strong victory over his rival, the UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt. The former mayor of London won 66% of the Conservative vote, after running a campaign promising to defeat the Labour leader and deliver Brexit on October the 31st.
