INSTEX not useful without covering oil sales

Iran says the European financial mechanism introduced to compensate for US sanctions will only be useful once it covers Iranian oil sales. Following a meeting with the remaining signatories to the nuclear deal, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi, said Europe is still not meeting Tehran’s expectations.
