Italy tightens screws on refugee arrivals by sea

The Italian government has further tightened the screws on refugee arrivals from the North Africa. Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has signed an order that fines rescue boats thousands of euros for each refugee saved in the Mediterranean Sea. Max Civili reports from Rome.
