AU official: Africa not a chessboard for world powers

During a European investment forum in Vienna, African leaders say their continent should be seen as an equal partner rather than a chessboard on which world players compete for power. Announcing a range of EU investment plans in Africa, European Commission President Jean Claude Juncker said Chinese investments there are leading to more debt. Homa Lezgee reports.
