Iran’s nuclear chief urges Europe to take more solid and practical steps to keep the nuclear deal alive. Ali Akbar Salehi says the US’s reckless decision to withdraw from the agreement will have serious consequences for international and regional peace. Salehi was speaking at the IAEA’s sixty-second General Conference. Homa Lezgee reports from Vienna.
