American elements hold US-Russia ties hostage: Pundit

Elements in the deep state of American policy-makers have taken Washington-Moscow relations as well as global security hostage, says an analyst.

"President Putin’s point is very well made that ... there are elements in the United States that are happy to hold the relationship between these two superpowers and indeed security around the world hostage," Barry Grossman, international lawyer, told Press TV on Tuesday.
