UNHCR warns about refugees situation intercepted off Libya

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has issued a stern warning about the alarming increase in the number of migrants intercepted off Libya’s coast. The refugee agency has also expressed concern about the appalling condition of the detention centers in Libya the refugees are sent to. Our correspondent Max Civili reports from Rome.
