Afghan refugees in Pakistan reluctant to return home

Pakistan is reportedly working on a plan to send home some 2.8 million Afghan refugees in 2018. The repatriation program, however, has raised concerns among the refugees and rights groups which cite unfavorable conditions in Afghanistan.
