North Korea’s Kim declares end of nuclear, missile tests

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has declared his country will no longer test nuclear weapons or ballistic missiles. Kim’s pledge comes as preparations are in full swing for Kim’s summits with South Korean President Moon Jae-in and US President Donald Trump. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
