UN refugee agency’s services severely affected in Uganda

UN humanitarian agencies in Uganda are being severely tested by a combination of problems refugees from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan have been facing. Relief agencies are concerned that the East African country could see unprecedented tragedy if donors do not take effective action to save thousands of refugees currently in dire need of humanitarian assistance. Our correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has filed this report from Kampala.
