South Sudan faces more war crimes, extreme hunger, civil war

Horrific levels of violence and the use of rape as a weapon of war with impunity, has prompted AU chief’s calls for sanctions on South Sudan. With a human catastrophic event on the horizon, what would it take to implement any kind of recovery in the country?
