UNHCR appeals for urgent action to end conflict in South Sudan

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has called for urgent action by South Sudanese warring sides to end the conflict and the deepening humanitarian crisis there. UNHCR chief Filippo Grandi is in Uganda to get a first-hand look at the plight of South Sudanese refugees. Our correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has more from a refugee camp in northern Uganda.
