The death toll from a tropical storm that swept through the southern Philippines has topped 200. Scores more are still missing. Storm Tembin brought mudslides and flash flooding to Min-danao Island. Nearly 70,000 people have been displaced or affected by the storm. There are fears the death toll will rise further as rescue teams have yet to reach some affected areas.
