Traffickers prey on lost Rohingya children in Bangladesh camps
A makeshift booth in Bangladesh's Kutupalong refugee camp comprising a wooden table and microphone is helping to protect Rohingya children from traffickers who are roaming the camps looking for easy prey.
The lost and found information booth was set-up two months ago by Nazir Ahmed, a refugee in the camp and has already reunited some 1,800 lost children with their parents.
The United Nations (UN) says trafficking networks already exist in southern Bangladesh's sprawling camps, which have been overwhelmed by the arrival of more than 600,000 Rohingya fleeing Myanmar over the last two months.
