Palestinian authorities have warned they would sue Britain if London insisted on celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Balfour declaration. Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki says Britain must accept its historical responsibility and apologize over the 1917 declaration which set the stage for the occupation of the Palestinian land and creation of Israel.
