Uganda opens new settlement for S Sudanese refugees

Uganda has opened a new settlement area in the Arua district in northern Uganda that is set to host thousands of arriving refugees from South Sudan. The new settlement is expected to accommodate up to 40,000 new arrivals in the weeks and months ahead.
