‘US planning to keep Syria army under watch’
A political commentator, Gordon Duff, says the United States’ deployment of a long-range missile launcher in a border crossing between Syria and Iraq puts the mobile command centers of all Syrian fronts into the range of American missiles.
“It is obvious to Russia that the US is putting the Syrian army underneath American guns and putting the Syrian army at risk to what we see is more American mischief from the south toward a new war that the US is planning after the defeat of ISIS,” Duff told Press TV on Friday, using an acronym for the Daesh terrorist group.
