Iranians commemorate 15th of Khordad uprising

Iran is marking the 54th anniversary of an uprising against the US-backed former monarchical regime of Pahlavi. Many Iranians view the 15th of Khordad or June 5 uprising as a prelude to the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
