Decision to fly Kurdish flag in Kirkuk arouses controversy

Iraq’s parliamentary blocs are at odds over a recent decision to raise the Kurdish flag over government buildings in Kirkuk. While Kurdish lawmakers defend the decision made by Kirkuk’s provincial council, Turkmen and Arab blocs say the move is against the Iraqi constitution.
