N. Korea says not intimidated by threats as rhetoric peaks

The US and South Korean envoys have met in Seoul to coordinate strategy on North Korea. The meeting comes as Pyongyang shrugs off fresh threats of sanctions from Washington. Meanwhile, the ongoing deployment of the U-S missile system, THAAD, is further complicating Seoul-Beijing ties.
