NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has called for a ceasefire in Aleppo and the evacuation of the militants from there at a time that the Syrian army has almost liberated the flashpoint city. The NATO chief was speaking at a conference in Brussels at which he dodged questions relating to the Syrian Government's success in defeating foreign-backed militants across the country.
