Egyptians angry over sugar crisis

Egyptians gathered in Cairo on Tuesday to buy subsidized sugar from a government truck.

Sugar is the latest to hit the growing list of economic challenges facing the Egyptian government. A sugar crisis has quickly become another reason for the brewing anger against President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s management of the economy.
