Besieged Gazans grappling with severe power outages

People in Gaza have been struggling to cope with long hours of power outages since mid-July. Lack of fuel caused by the Israeli siege has aggravated their suffering. The siege has been in place 2007. Ashraf Shannon reports from Gaza.
