Kashmir has been witnessing clashes and protests since the killing of a pro-independence leader by Indian forces in early July. Civilians continue to get maimed as security forces use pellet guns against them. Now hospitals report that the number of children admitted with pellet injuries is on the rise.

As our correspondent Munawar Zaman reports, some of the child victims are as young as four.
