Syria has strongly condemned the beheading of a 12-year-old by a terrorist group called Noor al-Deen al-Zinki. The group is portrayed by the West as moderate. Damascus has called on the international community to punish the countries that support the terrorist group. The incident has also been condemned by the United Nations Children's Fund or UNICEF.
