Pyongyang struggles against sanctions as calls for new US-South Korea policy grow

North Korea has announced a new five-year plan to ease power shortages and improve standards of living. The economic drive comes as Pyongyang faces increasing US sanctions. This, as some in South Korea are calling for a new approach in dealing with the northern neighbor.
