The Catalan government has offered to immediately welcome 18-hundred Syrian refugees across the region prompting a response of gratitude from the European Union. As Kusai Kedri reports from Barcelona, the Catalan decision is in contrast with the one from Spain which has so far offered to take in only 18 Syrian refugees.
