Critics: EU failing on security, refugee issues

EU’s foreign affairs ministers urge to work more closely together in the area of security and dealing with the Syrian refugee crisis.

European Union’s foreign affairs ministers again stress the need for the bloc's member states to work more closely together in the area of security and also in dealing with the Syrian refugee crisis. As the ministers met to discuss those issues, critics were claiming that the EU simply does not have the structures to deal with crisis situations. Jerome Hughes has more from Brussels.
