Number of Israel’s planned settlements increases

A rights group says the number of West Bank settlements Israel plans to build has more than tripled in the first quarter of 20-16 compared to the previous year. Palestinians have warned that settlement activity and new projects have never stopped. Our correspondent Mona Kandil has the details from Ramallah.
