Aid reaches only 30 percent of Syrians in besieged areas

UN humanitarian chief Stephen O’Brien says the United Nations and its partners are still a long way from delivering aid to the millions of Syrians in need across the country. While praising the recent ceasefire, O’Brien noted that convoys have only managed to reach eleven of the 18 besieged areas, calling for urgent action by UN member states.
