Rights groups slam EU-Turkey refugee deal

Prominent rights organization Amnesty International criticizes as flawed, illegal and immoral a deal between the EU and Turkey on the refugee crisis. Under the deal, reached following a two-day summit in Brussels, refugees arriving in Greece from the Turkish territory will be returned to Turkey from Sunday. Our correspondent in Brussels Jerome Hughes reports.
