Yitzhak Yosef, an Israeli rabbi has urged soldiers and settlers to kill Palestinians who are planning for anti-Israeli attacks.

An Israeli rabbi has urged soldiers and settlers to kill Palestinians who are suspicious of planning anti-Israeli attacks. Yitzhak Yosef has put forward the suggestion as a religious commandment. Only one day after the call, three Palestinian men were gunned down in two separate incidents near an Israeli settlement in the West Bank city of al-Khalil. Our correspondent Mona Kandil reports from the occupied Ramallah.
