France, Germany tough on border security, hail Syria truce

The eurozone’s two most powerful heads of state have met in France. The German chancellor and the French president announced a tough line in advance of a key EU meeting on refugees. The Syrian peace process was also discussed, and they were joined via telephone by multiple key heads of state. Our correspondent Ramin Mazaheri has more from Paris.
