Critics describe an EU reforms deal negotiated by British Prime Minister David Cameron as hollow and lacking any real substance. Cameron insists the agreement gives the UK special status within the bloc. Based on the agreement, he is now encouraging the UK electorate to vote in favor of staying within the EU in a forthcoming referendum.
