UNSC Representatives cite difficulties in Syria talks

The United Nations Security Council was briefed about the ongoing negotiations in Geneva regarding the conflict in Syria. Russian representatives said they felt the talks were being sabotaged by certain members of the Syrian opposition. But French leaders blamed the Syrian government for the suspension of the talks.
