Kabul experiencing blackout after Taliban attacks

The Taliban militants have adopted a new strategy to fight against the Afghan government. The militants are targeting power supply lines in different parts of the country. This has caused long electricity blackouts. And residents in the capital Kabul are connected to power grid for only a few hours each day.
