US-Saudi funding of terrorists exposed

US-SAUDI FUNDING OF TERRORISTS EXPOSED

Saudi Arabia has been funding covert CIA programs for decades. And the most recent example of this close bond has come to light in a New York Times article. President Barack Obama knew well US could rely on Saudi money when in 2013 he secretly gave the Central Intelligence Agency the green light to arm militant groups in Syria that were fighting against President Bashar al-Assad’s government.

SYRIA PEACE TALKS

Despite a date set for Friday, the talks still hang in the balance. Who would represent the opponents of President Bashar al-Assad? The problem is, which factions among the large number of armed groups are considered terrorists? The Saudi-backed groups like Jaysh al-Islam and Ahrar al-Sham are listed as terror organizations even by the US, which is an ally of Saudi Arabia.

BLOOMBERG CONSIDERING RUN FOR US PRESIDENCY

It came as a bombshell hitting the US political spectrum over the weekend when reports surfaced that media mogul Michael Bloomberg is exploring an independent run for the White House and is prepared to spend at least one billion dollars of his enormous fortune to that end.
