Tension rising between Turkey, Russia over downed jet

Russia is working to impose more sanctions on Turkey as a war of words between the two countries is escalating. Ankara has offered condolences for the death of one of the pilots of the Russian jet recently downed over Syria, but it still refuses to apologize for the incident.
