Two Palestinians shot dead by Israelis in West Bank

1. At least two Palestinians have been shot dead by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank on Friday. The first Palestinian was gunned down west of Ramallah. The second victim was killed after allegedly ramming his car into a group of Israeli soldiers. Three Israeli forces injured in those incidents.

2. Israeli forces and Palestinian protesters have engaged in clashes across the occupied West Bank. Demonstrations erupted over the killing of Palestinians by the Israeli army. Israeli troops used live rounds and tear gas to disperse the protesters. Dozens of Palestinians have been wounded.

3. Yemen’s Ansarullah fighters and allied army units have killed a number of Saudi forces in the border region of Jawf. Reports say several Saudi commanders are among the dead. Meanwhile, Saudi warplanes have pounded Yemen’s Ta’izz and Ma’rib provinces.

4. People in Saudi Arabia’s Qatif region have rallied to call for the release of Shia political detainees. The demonstrators in the eastern town have urged Saudi authorities to release prominent cleric Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr. He’s been sentenced to death for disobeying the Saudi king.

5. UK’s opposition Labour party has won by-elections in Oldham West and Royton constituencies. This is the party’s first victory at by-elections since the new parliament started work in May. Jeremy Corbyn has described the results as a show of Labour’s strength and support for his anti-austerity message.

6. China voices support for Russia’s air campaign against terrorists in Syria. The Chinese Foreign Ministry has called for an international joint force to combat terrorism. According to Beijing, all anti-terrorism efforts should be in line with the UN principles.

7. The US Commerce Department says the country's trade deficit widened in October over an unexpected fall in exports. According to the department, the trade gap increased by 3.4 percent, reaching nearly 44 billion dollars. Exports of crude, industrial supplies and materials also hit the lowest in five years.

8. Local officials in Afghanistan have accused the US Central Intelligence Agency of running a covert war in east of the country. According to them, the CIA-trained Khost Protection Forces are fighting against Taliban and al-Qaeda. However, they have engaged in rights abuses against locals.
