In recent days, the Iraqi town of Tuz Khurmatu has witnessed fierce clashes between Kurdish Peshmerga forces and Turkmen members of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units. The situation in the town is calm now. Iraqi officials and religious figures are warning of the repercussions of this issue which they say will only benefit the common enemy, Daesh.
