Research links regular aspirin use to reduction in cancer risk

A new research suggests cancer treatment could be more effective when it is combined with aspirin.

British scientists believe taking a low-dose tablet once a week or even once a month could significantly help prevent the disease and save thousands of lives. The study says the anti-inflammatory pain killer suppresses a cancer molecule that allows tumors to evade the body’s immune defenses. Medics think the findings could make a huge difference in fight against cancer.
