India Pakistan relations hit a new low ahead of NSA talks

The first ever meeting of national security advisors from India and Pakistan is scheduled to be held in New Delhi on August 24. But it has already run into rough weather after the Pakistani high commission extended invitation to Kashmir’s pro-independence leaders. In reaction, New Delhi has cracked down on pro-independence leaders in the disputed Kashmir region to restrict them from meeting the visiting Pakistani officials.
