Occupy Philadelphia says 28 members of the Occupy movement were arrested late Sunday night during a protest at 13th and Arch Streets.

Occupy Philadelphia member Nate Kleinman says the arrests happened around 9 p.m. Sunday. He says a group of people attending the national conference had been on a spontaneous "solidarity march" to City Hall when they were arrested.
