The Iranian Artists Forum (IAF) is slated to host the India-Iran Cultural Week in an attempt to expand cultural relations between the two countries.
Organized by the Embassy of India in Tehran, the event will include various programs such as seminars on cultural and literary relations between Iran and India, and architectural commonalities between the two countries.
The festival, set to be held from June 7 to 12, 2012, will also host experts discussing Persian literature and the art of photography in India.

The Story of Gitanjali and a number of other Indian documentaries will be screened during the event and participants will enjoy live music performances by Rajesh Prasanna (India) and Sadeq Mahdavi and Hossein Neyestan (Iran).
