A US-led foreign soldier has been killed in western Afghanistan and two other soldiers have been wounded in southern Afghanistan, Press TV reports.
NATO said in a press release on Saturday that a soldier died as a result of non-combat related injuries in the west of the country on Friday.
Meanwhile, two other soldiers sustained injuries in the south when a roadside bomb exploded.
The Western military alliance gave no further details about the incidents.
More than a dozen foreign troopers have lost their lives in Afghanistan since the beginning of 2012.
The US-led war in Afghanistan, with civilian and military casualties at record high, has become the longest military conflict in US history.
