Federal officials have charged the woman who allegedly threw a shoe at Hillary Clinton last week in Las Vegas, according to reports.

Alison Michelle Ernst, 36, was charged Sunday with counts of trespassing on restricted property and committing violence against a person on restricted property.

She “somehow got past” a group of people checking for tickets at the hotel, Special Agent Edward Autelli wrote in the federal complaint, according to The Las Vegas Sun.

The woman is accused of throwing a shoe at the former secretary of state during a keynote address she delivered to the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries’ convention. Clinton ducked and the shoe missed her.

A spokesman for organization told The Las Vegas Sun that Ernst did not have credentials for the event.

Officials say she also threw several pieces of papers along with the shoe, but it’s unclear what was written on them.

Local police officers reported that she had been “in an agitated state, but aware of what she had just done” at the time.

Ernst was released from a county jail on Saturday after she was arrested for disorderly conduct, and charged with a misdemeanor.

She is scheduled for arraignment in Las Vegas Justice Court on June 24.The Hill
