Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (R) and President of the Nicaraguan National Assembly Rene Nunez Tellez meet in Tehran on April 8, 2013.
Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says arrogant powers are currently in a position of weakness, stressing the importance of establishing a world free of aggression and bullying.
“Today, the revolutionary spirit is spreading across the world and this issue is not only seen in the Latin America but also on all continents,” Ahmadinejad said in a meeting with President of the Nicaraguan National Assembly Rene Nunez Tellez in Tehran on Monday.
He urged revolutionary governments and nations to strengthen cooperation and interaction in order to resist the pressure exerted by foreign powers.
The dollar-based monetary system is constantly transferring US problems to other nations and the wealth of these nations to the US, the Iranian president added.
“This in fact is systematic theft which prevents the access of countries and nations to benefits,” Ahmadinejad added.
The Nicaraguan National Assembly president, for his part, said his country would always defend ideals and rights of the Iranian nation in all international circles.
Rene Nunez Tellez praised Tehran’s considerable progress in various fields and added that Managua has always censured anti-Iran sanctions.
